Newsletter management
Double opt-in sign-up, templates, sending and unsubscribing, all GDPR compliant. In use at Little Bridge Foundation.
Mobile app
An Android app or a web app that installs to your phone's home screen. Login, database and notifications.
Integrations
Bank links, Octany, email services, calendars. We connect the services you already have rather than rebuilding them.
Your own code
The code is handed over and stays yours. You will never get a monthly bill just for the system existing.
Three steps from quote to handover.
First
You describe how the work is done today and where it gets stuck. We write it up on a single page and tell you what is worth automating and what is not.
Then
We build a working first version that you can try with real data. Changes are made before the final build, not after.
Finally
The system is deployed to your server, tested in the real environment and handed over with a guide. Ongoing maintenance is €39 a month.
A single, clearly defined system, such as bookings or an admin panel, starts from €890. A custom solution made up of several parts starts from €1490. The price is agreed before work begins and does not change along the way.

Why not use an off-the-shelf service?
Often it is worth it. If a ready-made service does the job, we will tell you. Your own system makes sense when an off-the-shelf service does not fit your process or costs more over the years than building one.
Where is the system hosted?
On your domain and your hosting. If you do not have hosting, we will help you choose. The data is yours and stays on your server.
Can the system be extended later?
Yes. The code is written so the next part can be added without tearing down the previous one.
Do you also fix existing systems?
Yes, if the code is available and readable. After reviewing it, we will tell you whether fixing it is cheaper than starting again.
