Website, booking system and admin panel for a car service
Papa Aliferous OÜ offers car care and detailing in Rapla. The business needed a site where customers can book without phoning, and a back office where the owner sees enquiries, bookings and invoices in one place.

What was needed.
The old site brought in no bookings and everything happened over the phone. The business needed a site that sells the service on its own: show the before and after, state the price and let people book a slot straight away. The owner also wanted one place to manage enquiries, customers and invoices without separate software.
What was done.
- A website in three languages: hero video, before and after sliders, service packages and prices.
- A booking system built from scratch: customers choose a service and a time, get a confirmation email with a booking number and a reminder 24 hours before. The owner sets closed days and opening hours.
- An admin panel with twelve sections: enquiries, bookings, invoices, recurring invoices, customers, price list, opening hours, analytics, newsletter and settings. Works on mobile.
- A brand system as code that produces all social media materials in one style: stories, posts, cover images and logo animation.
- Autumn campaign videos for Facebook and Instagram.
- A layer built for search and AI search: structured data, sitemap, llms.txt. GDPR and a security audit before launch.
What came of it.
The site has been running since June 2026 and the booking system since August 2026. Customers book on their own, and confirmations and reminders go out automatically. The code and data sit on the company's own server, with no monthly software fees.
