Updates and backups
Software, certificates and plugins kept up to date, with a backup every week and before every change.
Security checks
Security headers, TLS, form protection and log reviews. If something is wrong, we fix it before it becomes a problem.
Content changes
A new price, a new photo, a new team member, new opening hours. Send us an email and the change is live within one working day.
Email and domain
SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your emails don't end up in spam. Reminders when your domain and hosting are due for renewal.
Google and search
Search Console monitoring, sitemap and Google Business Profile updates. Once a month you see whether people are finding your site.
One contact
One person who knows your site and replies within one working day. No support portal, no ticket system.
Three steps from quote to handover.
First
We run a technical review of your current site: speed, security, email, Google. You get a short report on what's fine and what isn't.
Then
We fix the issues we find as a one-off job, or within the first month's fee if they're small.
Finally
From then on, maintenance runs on a monthly fee. You send changes by email, and once a month you get a short overview.
Basic maintenance at €39 a month covers technical upkeep and up to one hour of content changes a month. Bigger changes and new pages are charged at an hourly rate agreed in advance.
What people ask before signing up.
Do you maintain sites you didn't build?
Yes, if the site runs on WordPress, is static or is built in PHP. Before we start, we review the site and tell you whether it's worth maintaining or better to build a new one.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. You can end maintenance at the end of any month. The files and access are yours the whole time.
What happens if the site goes down?
We reply within one working day, usually the same day. Restoring from a backup is included in the maintenance fee.
Does €39 include hosting?
No, hosting and the domain are in your name and paid by you. That way everything stays yours even if we stop working together.
